We charge on a "per ticket" basis. We successfully secure your pair. We keep the proceeds. If unsuccessful with securing a confirmation we refund the proceeds 100%. Refunds are delivered 24hrs after release reservations. Paypal Merchant Services from PayPal - Payment Solutions for Your Business is our online payment partner,all payments and refunds must be processed through their service.

Orders may be cancelled 24hrs before RSVP for the particular launch opens. After a confirmation for your shoe has been obtained, YOU MAY NOT cancel or refund your order. Pre-Orders may ONLY be cancelled 4 business days before the street date release of a product.There is absolutely no returns on product received or services after services have been rendered.
